At Skins Facials and Lab Formulations, we value your time, our time and the service that we provide.
We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling. A minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling (or rescheduling) of appointments is necessary to avoid cancellation fees.
Please understand that by cancelling at the last minute, your problem or issue becomes ours. Note that we welcome you to send someone else along instead rather than incur a cancellation fee.
Given that our facial experts need to have a face to face skin consultation with you (to determine your individual skin needs prior to your facial treatment), we request all the payments at the end of the service - except for the online service, pre-paid services, promotions or packages.
If a client has pre-paid & then needs to cancel, provided we have received the adequate advance notice of (24 hours) we will either refund them in full or transfer the payment to another date if they reschedule.
For cancellations, or rescheduling, with less than 24 hours notice clients will be charged 70% of a normal appointment cost by way of a cancellation fee.
For bookings with vouchers, please note cancellation fees will be deducted from the value of the voucher as per the above description where applicable.
Where the booking is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 3 hours’ notice, or where a client is a no-show for the appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% of the full appointment cost will be charged.
Where a client is a no-show for a non paid appointment or canceled without the advanced notice of minimum 3 hours, a cancellation fee of 100% of the full appointment cost will be charged when a second booking will take place.
